Regular operator hours are 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Pacific Time (that's noon
to 5:00 Eastern), Monday through Friday. If there is no answer when you
call, please feel free to leave a detailed message. We can fill your order
promptly if you leave us all the necessary information. If you have questions
or need to speak to a live operator, please leave your number and we will
call you back directly.
If you have ordered from us before, we should have your mailing address
and payment information on file, so all we need is the list of items that
you wish to order.

CREDIT CARD: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
To process your card, we require your 16 digit card number (or 15 digit
for American Express), four-digit expiry date (MM/YY), the three-digit security
code on the back of the card, and your name exactly as it appears on the
card. Remember, e-mail is not secure. Please fax credit card information
to us, or call it in to our toll-free number.
You can improve your level of security if you split up your information.
For instance, e-mail us your exact name and credit card expiry date, then
call in the card number.
We will keep your credit card numbers on file. That way, when you place
future orders, you can do so easily without having to re-transmit this sensitive
** NEW ** PAYPAL: You
can now pay your invoice online instantly using PayPal. You don't need a
PayPal account -- you can also use your credit card or pay straight from
your bank account -- quicker than sending a cheque!
To pay by PayPal, send an email to email@example.com with your mailing address
and a list of products you'd like to order. We'll prepare a detailed invoice
with your final total including shipping and tax, and email it back to you
with the PayPal payment link. As soon as we receive your payment, we'll
process and ship your order.
CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER: If you wish to pay by cheque or money order,
please contact us and let us know what items you require and what type of
shipping you prefer. We will then give you an exact total for your order,
including applicable taxes and shipping costs.

We will notify you as soon as we receive your payment, and will usually
ship your package the same day.
C.O.D.: Canada Post does offer C.O.D. service, for an additional
$8.00 + tax on top of your regular shipping costs. When your package is
delivered, it will not be released to you until you remit the full amount,
either by cash, cheque or money order. They then pass this payment along
to us. Again, please make your cheque or money order payable to Yaletown
CASH: Unfortunately, we are not able to allow customers to pick
up their orders from our facility at this time.
